SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 50 Requesting the governor to                      
file suit in the United States Supreme Court against the United States         
government alleging violations of the civil rights of Americans listed         
as prisoners of war or missing in action in Southeast Asia; and                
requesting the other states to join in this suit, was read the second          
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 50 be considered engrossed, advanced to                   
third reading and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was          
so ordered.                                                                    
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 50 was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 50 be returned to the Rules Committee.
